Customer Support Representative

Sweetch is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team!

We are looking for a team player, and big thinker, who is passionate and professional, capable of supporting our patients throughout every step of their unique health journey.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide initial response and assistance to incoming calls, proactive calls, emails, and tickets related to our product
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate to the relevant team where needed
  • Engage with a variety of teams
  • Maintain and constantly improve internal knowledge base and workflows
  • Maintain and meet SLA including follow-up on open tickets

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Availability for 4-5 working days Mon-Fri, and on EST time zone 
  • Native English Speaker is a Must 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in Customer Service role or Call Center 
  • Customer Support Orientation  
  • Team player
  • Fast learner and independent 
  • Technology and detail-oriented
  • Analytical thinker and Problem Solver
  • Passion to work with people with diverse cultures and backgrounds 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-lingual – an advantage
  • Experience in healthcare and medical call centers is an advantage
  • Experience in a Customer Support role for hardware/software/app products – an advantage
