Based on our experience, your device may have certain battery optimisation settings enabled for shape.up by default. This could cause our app to stop working occasionally and therefore not count all your activity. shape.up automatically counts your activity and needs to run 24/7 in order to provide you real-time recommendations so you can live a healthier life.

Don’t worry, shape.up won’t drain your battery. We’ve developed an efficient method to minimise battery consumption.

How to add shape.up to “Unmonitored” apps list?
